COMPANY OBJECTIVES
- To carry on the business of advertisement, promotion, printing on any material and in all manners and the business of installation of outdoors & indoors advertisements, billboards, sticker and media service.
- Access control, electronic finger print attendance management, CCTV and security systems.
- Data recovery, Networking, Computer services and Maintenance, Software and Hardware Installations.
- To carry on the business as advisers and consultant and to act as management consultants of computers and in particular to provide technical computer services, web designing and other computer technology.
- To carry on small and large scale farming for cash and food crops such as paddy, sunflower, cassava, beans, maize, millet, peanuts, millet and palm trees for the purpose of selling raw or processed products both in local and international market.
- To sell, buy, breed, fatten, prepare, process, deal and trade in cattle, pigs, pork, beef, poultry stock, eggs, animal feeds, and poultry feed cereals animal feeds ingredients and all other similar products.
- To do all or any of the matters hereby authorized in any part of the world either alone or in conjunction with or as, by or through trustees or agents.
- To do any other business as may be deemed incidental to the attainment of the above business objectives
STRUCTURE OF ORGANIZATION
PRANAYO CO. LTD. is a limited liability company, and its internal ultimate authority is the Board of Directors (Managing Director, Director of Logistics and Sales and Operational Director).
The Marketing Manager and Company Secretary are held exclusively responsible for daily Management.
Other units are Logistic and Sales Unit, Marketing Unit and Finance Management Accountant. The Company has a total of 9 employees.
